20:25 <gharris> TimMc : If I log in via LDAP, I get a the username in the ID field. If I log in via SAML, I get a new user created with what I assume isthe NameID field. (Some generated string.) So, do I have to pick one? If they are coming from the same server, it shouldn't matter, right?

20:31 <TimMc> I don't think the username field is constrained to be unique, nor is it used for connecting identities.

20:32 <TimMc> If you log in via LDAP and then add the SAML identity, they should be grouped under the same Sandstorm account.
