<killerswan> OK, so on af2e1dbb7232cd29, the single-peer vagrant setup (described here: https://github.com/stellar/vagrant-examples) seems not to be coming up because of a NODE_SEED v. VALIDATION_SEED collision.

<killerswan> After a rough fix for that (in configure_private_peer.rb and/or configure_sdf_peer.sh) I'm on to an exception about an invalid quorum set, which seems like another out-of-date config thing. I'll stop by after work again and see how y'all are doing. :)
