<ankh_hikes> minecraft java working via https://jjtech0130.github.io/MultiMC5/
<macc24> ankh_hikes: cool
<macc24> how's the performance if you install mods like foamfix, optifine or fastcraft?
<macc24> i had a modpack that was so optimized that i could play it on a thinkpad t400 with 4gb of ram and quite a few mods
<ankh_hikes> never got to that point. I broke the install messing with  package removal and trying to figure auto screen rotation. but mods will work as I used that on my old c101pa. performance is kinda ok but that is due to the cpu.
<macc24> try using iio-sensor-proxy for auto screen rotation
<macc24> it works on my machine with no issues
<ankh_hikes> is that a package to install?
<macc24> that is a daemon which is used by almost everything to do screen rotation
<macc24> it is in some package, i don't remember which
<ankh_hikes> I know on your github there is a file for rotation that doesn't seem to copied over during install-to-emmc. I'll reinstall today and mess around some more
<macc24> wait what
<macc24> oops lol
<macc24> it is installed
<ankh_hikes> did not appear in the /etc/udev/blah...blah directory
<macc24> ohh now i get it
<macc24> wait no i don't
<macc24> /etc/udev/hwdb.d/61-sensor-local.hwdb should be there
<ankh_hikes> it wasn't on my last install
<macc24> /usr/lib/udev/61-sensor-local.hwdb?
<ankh_hikes> let me reburn the img to usb and try reinstalling
<macc24> oh it may have not been there at release time
<ankh_hikes> ah
<ankh_hikes> that is mostlikely why
<macc24> i could also be bad at linux, but i prefer not to believe that
<ankh_hikes> will cadmium build itself via your script without any voodoo magic required
<macc24> (that was a joke)
<ankh_hikes> [/sarcasm]
<macc24> i wonder how voidlinux rootfs is doing on c100pa since i didn't touch it on armv7
<macc24> it should just work if i programmed it correctly, will test it after adding u-boot support
<macc24> bbl
