<horizontally> azonenberg: how do you "hold the mask down"
<azonenberg> horizontally: hold it down? What do you mean
<azonenberg> on the projection plate?
<azonenberg> It's small enough that i just let it sit
<azonenberg> for contact i'd need something like vacuum
<horizontally> like how do you get the mask stay on top of the thing you're covering and not fidget?
<azonenberg> The photomask just sits there
<azonenberg> sometimes i tape the corners to the slide
<horizontally> hmm
<horizontally> okay, that's what i was thinking of doing too
<horizontally> cool
<azonenberg> but i'm projecting so i can handle pretty coarse errors
<azonenberg> as the error gets 10x smaller on the wafr
<horizontally> mm
<horizontally> i was planning on doing it without a microscope
