<nmz787> spin-coated some PMMA tonight and exposed with FIB, developed with 4:1 ethanol:water... surprisingly easy aside from getting streak-free films and focusing the FIB (it's like a timed video game, since you expose/obliterate your material as you're working on focus!).
<nmz787> also, the PMMA was marked to expire in 2012, seemed to work just fine
<john_cephalopoda> Heh :D
<john_cephalopoda> Nice

<john_cephalopoda> nmz787: If you want to document your process on the homecmos wiki, I can give you access.

<qu1j0t3> is everyone here familiar with Hans Camenzind's book Designing Analog ICs? I'm really enjoying it, even though ofc i am a discrete designer and IC user
<pie__> qu1j0t3, no but ill probably add it to my things to look at list :P
<qu1j0t3> it's got a sense of humour, and i really like the introduction to semiconductors.
<pie__> choo choo said the semiconductor, driving his repurposed 18wheeler through the barren wastelands of the post apocalyptic desert
