<nmz787> moved up to nanolithography last night :D but pretty much all I did was zoom in more on the FIB when exposing the PMMA with the pattern
<nmz787> now comes the challenge of trying to image the features with the FIB, since the optical microscope is unable to cope with such small features
<nmz787> (I know the FIB will destroy the features, but getting confirmation that they are present is all I'm really after)
<nmz787> really makes me want to spend time working on getting my SEM in shape
