I feel like the general answer to anonymity in networks involves some sort of punting to TOR or a similar system. I'm not sure what the current status is with the libp2p tor transport, but that would certainly help (of course, if your peerIDs remain long lived you might run into issues with your pseudonym usage)

rough idea is that you have a static page that loads js-ipfs, takes a CID from the url parameters and fetches it and renders

the main issue is that new nodes can take a little bit to warm up, so compared to usual HTTP it would be noticably slower
