hmm that seems to actually be for glsl es 1.0, glsl 1.0 seems to include it, so if mali400 supports we may want it

i guess i continue looking into dEQP-GLES2.functional.depth_stencil_clear.depth_stencil_masked as it is the only zs_clear test that fails on mali400.
