So I am right that the only way to make a port working as OTG (device) is with the correct cable (one that connects the ID pin to ground)

13:23 <eballetbo> phh, no, I am sure is peripheral not device. In fact I am able the configure the usb as cdc ethernet gadget, but when I connect the cable to my PC I get -EPROTO messages. I am using a USB3.0 Type A to USB-C cable.
