has anyone used the efuse on the rk3328? I'm reading all zeros on all four of my rk3328 boards, which are all from different vendors

are tjere any special kernel config options i need to set to change cpu voltage automatically on frequency change?
21:21

i am getting weird hangs on my rk3326 board when compiling mesa on mainline kernel
21:27
<
tuxd3v >
macc24, are you out of memory, swapping to sdcard, or so?

tuxd3v: no

its always a good idea to setup Zram

and no response on uart

now i'm wondering if it's downclocking or it's that much slower than rk3288 :/
21:30
<
tuxd3v >
i don't know the level of support for rk3326, it could be that uart has no dma, with everything made by the cpu, and if cpu is 100% busy it would not do other things.. maybe, or it could be that CPU heat a lot, and hang..
21:31
<
macc24 >
yeah kernel said something about no dma for uart
21:31
<
tuxd3v >
have you tried with a heatsink above, and a small fan?
21:32
<
macc24 >
i have no heatsink that small
21:32
<
tuxd3v >
mesa takes a while to compile
21:32
<
macc24 >
yeah i know, but it's slower than on my rk3288 laptop
21:33
<
macc24 >
it isn't that hot too
21:34
<
tuxd3v >
yeah ofcourse, rk3288 has heavy cores on it, while rk3326 has lightweight cores, so its slower..
