libgpiod is just a wrapper around some rather simple kernel interfaces, it does GPIO_GET_CHIPINFO_IOCTL to get number of lines among other things and then GPIO_GET_LINEINFO_IOCTL to get individual line info, which should include the name

so either kernel doesn't return it, or there's a bug in libgpiod somewhere

Good day. Why hdmi output components are disabled for Cubietruck-plus(A83T) in dts file but are enabled for BananaPi-M3? I do have working Gentoo system with vanilla linux 4.20 and want to have video output to hdmi monitor. Is it enough to enable such components in Cubietruck-plus dts file?
