btw in whole Europe I'd think bank wire is a pretty anonymous payment - you enter the bank of your choice (don't use too offensive disguise or you might trigger an alarm!) and pay the amount plus fee, filling the form where to transfer the money to

Its silly to rely on hundreds of tiny batteries when something is on a rack. Just tie everything into a DC bus and use an array of large batteries.
