<greghendershott> asf: `read-syntax` sticks a syntax-property `'paren-shape` on the resulting syntax, so a macro or `#lang` can distinguish if it wants.

<winny> i'm very thankful for paredit, it's saved me a lot of keystrokes too. What's this about the paren-face? That seems pretty nice. Honestly I'm okay without paredit, though indeed a lot more typing, and possible to unbalance things
