is the ipfs.io website down? i have checked from my only one internet connection and it is not loading. i have checked using a website status service and the website status service returned a message from ipfs.io that said "301 moved permanently".

is there a way to discover the hash for "the ipfs.io website that is on ipfs itself" without personally asking for it from a helpful person? i have looked where I can think to find something that says "here is our official hash you can use to access the ipfs.io website on ipfs itself" but i cannot find such a hash.

Javier Garcia: Have you checked if your firewall is blocking connections? Generally programs that make network connections need to be given some kind of permissions. For example, Windows will generally throw a pop at you asking whether to allow it private or public network access.
