I have a remote that seems to be sending too fast (almost always double presses) irw sees 2 presses. I need to edit the lircd.conf.d/mceusb.conf file for this? (as its read only so dont want to mess arund until im sure)

I found the page showing to disable lirc in the menu, it was already disabled so toggled it on, same problem, stopping the lircd.service on the command line seems to have sorted it

irw = lircd? and ir-keytables = kernel? as ir-keytables returned nothing(granted it seems to work)
