I can't see them in the TV show tab but if I go to settings -> medias -> video then I choose my source (smb share). Then I can see all my TV shows. The two that are missing are displayed here but they have a check thing instead of a white square.

08:52 <Antoine-> oblikoamorale: In the TV show tab, in the settings on the left, I set it to display all TV shows. In the general settings -> medias -> videos, if I turn on "display empty TV shows" then both my TV shows are displayed..

08:53 <oblikoamorale> not sure, but since you said missing files have 'watched' flag set (check mark present), it has to be related. try resetting it, i think it's possible via file browser context menu
