rellla: there are some issues on gitlab which require some command stream debugging, if you're into that

I took a look at the sm64 one and found some workaround in the application code that generates slightly better command streams, but couldn't figure out the actual issue yet...

retroarch also has an apitrace and seems to be some detail with scissor settings, but I also didn't reach a final conclusion in that one

anarsoul: I don't have to do that too often but usually I do it taking a src.rpm from https://koji.fedoraproject.org/ and rebuilding with rpmbuild --rebuild <srpm> or mock
