I checked the SoC Families on http://linux-meson.com but didn't find S905M and S905L, Will they be added?
<narmstrong>
MiltonLai: S905M seemed to be the original name of S905X, and S905L is only a variant of S905X

xdarklight, Hi, Any news on the nand driver on GXBB ?

<xdarklight>
Darkmatter66_: I have patches floating around in my tree (the patches are for the 32-bit SoCs but as far as I understand GXBB/S905 uses the same NAND controller version) but I haven't tested them properly. the reason is that I would have to wipe my NAND flash for that, but then I have no idea which u-boot to use on my Meson8m2 boards (upstream u-boot only supports the 64-bit SoCs).

on Meson8m2 the NAND controller also writes beyond the end of the DMA buffer in some cases. I have no explanation from Amlogic yet why that is and which SoCs are affected
