So far, I've dug up information on the TFT panel in my device, and it uses LVDS interface. Aside from the SoC IC, the board has a RK616 MFD (RGB to LVDS/MIPI/HDMI transmitter and I2S audio codec), a power controller, and a Realtek 8188EU WiFi module connected via USB.
