philectro__, yeah, the ODROID boards are made by a company that doesn't rely on a community to do all of the software support. That has good and bad points. The amlogic community is more user focused while the linux-sunxi community is more development focused.

If you want an SBC server type board, look at the ODROID XU4.

i feel that linux try to free ram before use swap at cost of disk cache , so zram work only when a lot of code should be in ram, but not influence disk performance a lot
