Back through my BNC now, lot easier. So I created a fork of the wifi driver: https://github.com/jerbob92/rtl8189fs_linux, it's based on v4.3.24, which is older than the jwrdegoede driver. I backported the kernel change fixes, and so far the driver seems to be a lot more stable.
<jerbob92>
Couldn't even download a 500MB file with the other driver without disconnecting
<jerbob92>
Anyone knows whether there are newer driver versions from Realtek?

looks like we won't get R40 display support in 4.19, because a few patches missed the deadline

Hi all, I've searched far and wide but is there anywhere I can find the WIP for enabling cpufreq on the H5?
<lapapat>
(as some background I'm building OpenWRT for the NanoPi Neo2 using Kernel 4.14, mainline uboot and kernel work great but there is no cpufreq/thermal zones
<veremitz>
did the h2+/h3 stuff get finalised? my b-pi-0 runs rather warm .. lol
