Hi, I just tested Kodi 19 alpha with DRM_prime with Kernel 5.6. They are mostly great. But if I play a 4K file, and switch to another file( could be 1080p, ) and switch back again. The file is not played with freezed background, only audio is played. Has anyone experienced this? It's not constantly triggerable.

cma allocator is the kernel function to reserve space for video decompressor

switching res means changing size of that zone

i don't know how much frames are prefetched, but in 4K * nbframes it can get huge quickly

also can try reducing for reproducing bug

the more you can switch if you allow more cma would mean a buffer is not released by kodi (or worse by cedrus)

It's weird, most of the parameter pass in /boot/armbianEnv.txt show up in there. But not my cma=512MB parameter
