11:45 <yomimono> I know others have deployed to smaller-scale hosting providers but I don't know the names of these services offhand

11:46 <yomimono> while possible, it's unfortunately a bit painful at the moment; I have to use a linux host in ec2 as a staging place to wrap the unikernel up into the kind of package ec2 expects in order to deploy it independently
