13:45 <clacke[m]> It's generated for the system when systemd is compiled, just normal autotools macros. I'm sure I didn't touch rc-local.service, but I may have symlinked it into multi-user.wants. It seems to indicate that I wouldn't have had to do that but that it might have done it automatically at some point.
