A question about PLT Redex. What to do if one of my productions has name "any"? I got a collision with "any" in the pattern matching language.

Hi so any advice for a racket book/tutorial(-series) that quickly lets you go from zero to some graphical - maybe a tiny game even - on the screen for an 8 year old with assistance from his father?

yes it probably was. I think it's too much to start out with though. I think I need to find something even simpler - or maybe create something myself - that he can type in. Like something basics like adding numbers, then something to create a ball on the screen and then maybe adding control to the ball or something just to let him get his feet wet before I throw a whole book his way. Also he wont be able to read the book

english is not our native language and although he is learning and already do understand some english, he's not good enough yet to read a book like that, so I will have to read it with him, and thus I don't think a whole book is the right way yet. Maybe just code examples he just types in to start
