<dchrist22> Hi, I´m trying to send a test transaction directly to a locally running stellar-core , via http, with `\tx?blob=...` . The result I get is `{"exception": "xdr_generic_get: message size not multiple of 4"}`. I tried to build the transaction both with go-stellar-base and ruby-stellar-base and it is a hex encoded TransactionEnvelope. The stellar-core responds normally on other http requests. Thats the blo
