<FromGitter> <dscottboggs_gitlab> do you have a text editor in which syntax highlighting for slang works? I use Atom and it doesn't work almost at all. Plus, idk, it just seems nicer to not abstract away the HTML creation. I like ECR because it's simple and easy to understand.
<FromGitter> <anamba> same here, i prefer the simplicity (as in, less abstraction) of ecr as well. a lot of people work on teams with different people doing front end and back end, and you don't want the front end people to have to learn a templating language.
<FromGitter> <dscottboggs_gitlab> one time a template wasn't working right for me, so I just expanded the macro and pasted it into my code to work on it manually.
