<warpme_> narmstrong: I have a Q related to amlogic vdec: recently i started to nail issue with jumpy playbacks on s912 tvbox (rpi with it's stateful v4l2 decoder plays perfectly). Issue is that majority of contents has jumpy playback which becomes jumpy after some playback time. Time when it becomes jumpy is quite constant for given content (usually 5..15sec) but different between different contents. Also I have examples
<warpme_> of content where is no such issue (1h playback without issues). Exemplary sample where I have playback issue (staring always at 7..8second of playback) is here: http://warped.inet2.org/test.ts At this moment I think issue is within amlogic video decoder: input bitstream puts decoder into state where decoding onward becomes not fluent anymore. Just hypothesis. Neil: what will be Your advice to move forward with
<warpme_> this? Is it possible You will verify playback of this sample to make sure amlogic vdec video decoder works OK on this sample?
