<anna_k>
well, I just uploaded the backup via my primary account, then tried to send an email via the berearising account and I still get the same error.
<anna_k>
When I'm logged in as Anna, it sends fine (from the Anna alias). When I'm logged in as berearising, it fails (when sending from the berearising alias)

The goal is to continue to send emails to conference attendees from the berearising email account, which is the account that forwards to the roundcube grain.
<kentonv>
anna_k, it looks like your primary email is *not* set to berearising at gmail.com, it's set to kelleran at berea.edu
<anna_k>
so the other people who are minding this roundcube mailbox just have to also link their Sandstorm accounts to the berearising gmail and make it their primary email for now?
<kentonv>
yeah
<kentonv>
well
<kentonv>
no
<kentonv>
I think only the owner of the grain needs to have it set
<anna_k>
cool. will test, when they're available
<anna_k>
Thank you again! Sorry to interrupt your Wayland troubleshooting but man you're a lifesaver :)
<kentonv>
anna_k, you might want to consider using gmail's delegated access instead. Sandstorm's e-mail has kind of a lot of bugs unfortunately, and I worry you're going to run into more problems...
<kentonv>
gmail > settings > accounts and import > grant access to your account
<kentonv>
sad I know, Sandstorm is *almost* really cool for this kind of thing... but there's just too many bugs I think.
<anna_k>
oh man
<anna_k>
Ok. I wish I had buckets of money to throw at y'all so you could develop Sandstorm more aggressively again
<anna_k>
It is so useful and cool, I just push it too hard sometimes :)
