<mkk__> [FatsieFS, skywater-pdk] @Adrian Freed In the EDA industry most of the time the area of the nand2 gate is used for comparison. Area of a design is often estimated as number of 'equivalent gates` with area of nand2 taken as one 'equivalent gate`.

<mkk__> [Adrian Freed, skywater-pdk] @Tim 'mithro' Ansell Yes. that’s a good starting point for pulling summary data out of the various files. I am looking at digging out the size currently.
<mkk__> [Adrian Freed, skywater-pdk] @FatsieFS I added the dimensions and area of the nand2's pulled from the lef files. Do they make sense to you? http://diychip.org/sky130/
