<GitHub> [solvespace] wpwrak commented on issue #197: UB = Ubuntu ? Yes, I'm on Ubuntu 16.10. I can collapse the quantum state (i.e., make it check only "Anywhere in 3d") by... https://github.com/solvespace/solvespace/issues/197#issuecomment-280810898
<GitHub> [solvespace] wpwrak commented on issue #205: Nice rationalizing ;-) But it doesn't work the same: if you hide groups through "show", etc., this information is preserved when you load the file, so you can make the connection between "show" and availability of items in an assembly fairly easily. But if you hide them through activation, this is hidden by SolveSpace activating the last group when loading the file.... https://github.com/solvespace/s
<wpwrak> so, the workplane deletion ... instead of deleting the group, couldn't slvs just create a new point, maybe inside the same group, and use that as anchor ? one could then freely attach it to other things
<wpwrak> likewise for lines that define the workplane orientation

<lexszero> http://dump.lexs.blasux.ru/files/kovycym/2017-02-18-203700_636x402_scrot.png wtf? two circles in orthogonal workplanes, point constrained to be on both circles, but it's actually not. and the second constraint (with circle in inactive group) works smth like "point on line parallel to circle axis". should i file a bugreport or there's some reason beyond this?

<wpwrak> that looks like something i bumped into, too. i think i didn't find a way to make this work. pity, would look pretty if one could move that point across the sphere, and have the circles follow.
<wpwrak> whitequark: #179 ... hmm, either i'm getting stupid or something weird is going on: break GraphicsWidget::on_motion_notify_event -> Function "GraphicsWidget::on_motion_notify_event" not defined.
<wpwrak> and i did build with -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug
<wpwrak> i can break at, say, break at SolveSpace::PaintGraphics as usual
