<headius[m]>
enebo: when you are around today we can talk through any open questions about byteit101 PR
<headius[m]>
I am feeling pretty good about it as it stands, and 9.3 is an appropriate time to do something like this
<enebo[m]>
Have you read back on yesterdays chat logs
<headius[m]>
a blog post about the new architecture would be nice to have
<headius[m]>
I will do that this morning
<headius[m]>
byteit101 and I chatted at length last week about the PR as well and after sorting out the various challenges I kinda organically came to the same design
<enebo[m]>
no it is new but I thought I fixed this earlier before I merged
<headius[m]>
ah could be
<headius[m]>
it is another master build
<enebo[m]>
well then why would they see it
<enebo[m]>
but I will figure this out. The gist of this is that we allocate a primitive array as we noodle through the grammar productions. If it gets too deep it needs to grow the array
<headius[m]>
his build looks like a commit from 29 days ago
<headius[m]>
maybe snapshot builds stalled or he just has a stale one
<headius[m]>
I just fixed 9.2 branch to get another snapshot out and will check master
<enebo[m]>
oh ok I don't recall maybe I did fix this after the merge. I will confirm it works in that case
<headius[m]>
oh jeez, it was Taylor-Green just on talking about how it couldn't possibly be Biden
<headius[m]>
she's totally on the koolaid
<headius[m]>
heh oops
<headius[m]>
master snapshot builds seem to be running fine so he is just on an old one
