ssvb: Are you able to use Ethernet on the OPi PC with your fex file (with the LED modifications) and your kernel?
<tkaiser>
Speaking of 3.4
<ssvb>
tkaiser: yes, I'm usually booting it over NFS

Maybe related to loboris' kernel. After applying your fixes regarding LEDs Ethernet doesn't came up

I found some stuff in the forums regarding Ethernet vs. power LED. Good to know that it works with your lichee kernel. Will then switch also to mainline u-boot and that one for 3.4 stuff
<tkaiser>
I will check with his kernel again -- maybe I made a mistake (again)
<tkaiser>
Regarding kernel 4.4.0: At which clockspeed is the single H3 core currently running?
<tkaiser>
TheLinuxBug: There are sellers in poland and cyprus that list the 'Super Pi' also on stock
<ssvb>
tkaiser: 1008 MHz, as set by the bootloader
<tkaiser>
ssvb: thx, with this clockspeed and just a single core I get a read throughput of +114 MB/s with 3 UAS capable USB-to-SATA bridges :)

tkaiser: what about write speed?
mpmc is now known as [mpmc]
[mpmc] is now known as {mpmc}
<tkaiser>
KotCzarny: Not able to measure since with 2 disks in parallel the single core is already saturated.
<tkaiser>
But based on this I'm confident that it's able to use 3 disks with the H3 together with btrfs (noatime,compress=lzo) and to exceed 120 MB/s easily
