<marble_visions>
hi all, i've got a CHIP-buildroot setup, which builds and installs the sunxi-mali git repo contents, and I compile chip-mali drivers and insmod them.. however, when I run malitest (which is the test triangle from sunxi-mali) in dmesg i get error the UMP driver is version 3 and the UMP library is version 2
<marble_visions>
so logically i either need to find ump driver ver2 or ump library ver3
<marble_visions>
but I can't find such things in the linux-sunxi github or ntc/chip
<marble_visions>
the chip-mali stuff is pretty new, the mali driver there is r6, while everything i saw in linux-sunxi is r2/r3
<marble_visions>
so how do these guy have the mali up and running with their own buildroot is a mystery to me
<marble_visions>
since the repos they provide aren't compatible with one another

maybe i need to link malitest against the libUMP that's from chip-mali-userspace somehow in buildroot

codekipp1r: nevermind, I compared hdmi i2s controllers for h3 and a64 and they're the same, so I should have been using sun8i-h3-i2s for hdmi i2s
