maybe make utterly clear that you want the money to get UNFROZEN and released from any reserve, so it actually gets available to Neo900 UG

we _have_ received the money, it's on our PP account. Just frozen so we can'T do anything with it

and neither we nor you are probably willing to give PP a 6 months or even longer of credit in which time they could keep the money and gain interest from it

explicitly we are NOT allowed to transfer the money to our bank account or use it for paying invoices

and PayPal MUST NOT keep the money when you tell them to release it to us, they have no call in declaring this payment a risk payment when you waive all your rights of any customer protection aka 'reclaim your payment'

unless you paid by Credit Card in which case they _could_ argue that the CC may be stolen and thus the CC company could reclaim the payment
