<skuzzymiglet> I'm getting a somewhat cryptic error building river: https://skuz.xyz/stash/get/a63b8af53dd215d3031b9fed5012be875bbbdec7a631bd3f243bedb795002384
<skuzzymiglet> same error happens as root and as normal user
<skuzzymiglet> zig 0.7.1
<skuzzymiglet> Void
<skuzzymiglet> all dependencies seem to be installed and up to date
<ifreund> skuzzymiglet: first thing I'd do is `rm -r zig-cache` and retry
<skuzzymiglet> I did that and got the same error
<skuzzymiglet> I'll try again and diff the errors
<ifreund> and you have all the submodules installed?

<skuzzymiglet> I must've forgotten that I only pulled one of the submodules lol
<skuzzymiglet> I'll try that
<skuzzymiglet> works now :)
<ifreund> good :)
<skuzzymiglet> I suspect it would be more difficult to hot reload in wayland compositors to use a new binary
<skuzzymiglet> I wonder how it could be achieved
