<gianluca> I would like to have private network with horizon-api working, I tried to create the horizon db with horizon-importer (rake db:migrate), but I get this error "Failed to check latest ledgersql: Scan error on column index 0: converting string \"nil\" to a int32: strconv.ParseInt: parsing \"nil\": invalid syntax" - How can I create the horizon db schema?
<stellar-slack>
<fredolafritte> @gianluca: try with `./bin/setup`

<stellar-slack>
<sacarlson> note before you run ./bin/setup I think you need to source the env values as noted

<gianluca> @fredolafritte: ./bin/setup didn't work, same error
<stellar-slack>
<fredolafritte> the stellar db should be created for the importer to work
<stellar-slack>
<gianluca> @fredolafritte: stellar db is up and running, I'm using stellar docker for core and postgresql
<stellar-slack>
<sacarlson> did you run the source script with the env values set @gianluca ?
<stellar-slack>
<sacarlson> it also creates another database on postgres that I had to create manualy but it filled it with the setup when provided the user and password stuf

<fredolafritte> setting the trust to itself leads to the error: `op_invalid_limit`
<stellar-slack>
<jed> you mean when you try to trust yourself for an asset?

<fredolafritte> yes, just a test really
<stellar-slack>
<jed> well that should fail
<stellar-slack>
<jed> maybe that is a weird error code for it though
<stellar-slack>
<fredolafritte> should an issue be opened ?
<stellar-slack>
<fredolafritte> for a better error code
