16:07 <stellar-slack> <scott> FYI: I’ll be rolling out a change to horizon-testnet today that changes hrefs to be protocol-relative urls. I’ll leave it on testnet over the weekend so that people have a chance to update their integrations. I would expect it to be rolled out to live horizon early next week
