gatecat: status update: I have built a single-LED blinky with yosys/nextpnr-nexus for our LIFCL-17 board, but no signs of life on the board. I even tried driving the LED with const 1'b1 (it's active high, confirmed with a Radiant build), still no luck. If you have any hunches, I can try out different things. If it's useful, I can send you the fasm for the const-1 design. I'm checking if it's possible to get you

hardware.
<gatecat>
yes, the fasm would be useful, as would be the know working .bit from Radiant
<gatecat>
*known working

rj: It isn't currently but it should be pretty easy to get everything part from the PCIe bits...
<gatecat>
can you send the Radiant bitstream for LiteX to compare with ?

tcal: I've also merged that PR and pushed a couple more small fixes to nextpnr master, so when you next have a chance to try it might be worth trying litex again with that pulled

Hi! I am a beginner programmer who wants to gain experience through open sourced projects and gain I know basics regarding python and C++ but in general I have little to know experience and I only know the very basics that you learn from beginner's textbooks, however, I am more than willing to learn. I probably know too little to start

contributing. Can you tell me what I should learn and beyond basic variables and functions to be able to be helpful here?
