so I got a Captivate, and I've had it for nearly two years now.. But there's one issue I've never resolved through two editions of CyanogenMod. There's static when I turn it on displayed to the screen. There used to be a guide to manually fix it, but it's been a LONG time since someone linked me to it, but I lost it. So running CM9, how do I fix this?
