marcan: do you still see a reason not to bump to py3.7 ?
<electronic_eel>
tnt: IIRC his reason for not wanting py3.7 was that it wasn't shipped by default on the ubuntu he was using. Don't know how the situation with py3.7 on ubuntu is now
<ktemkin>
latest LTS still ships 3.6 :(
<ktemkin>
(but that won't be the latest LTS for much longer)

maybe I mixed that up. How is the py situation on gentoo?

You have to unmask a couple packages if you want everything against 3.7 but most stable ones now support 3.7 just fine.
