<esden> (the TH parts are not fully mounted yet because they would be in the way of an ESD led... I can't mount that ESD led because I got the wrong part...)

<esden> I got the CDSOD323-T36SC instead of the CDSOD323-T36S. But the correct part is now ordered from Mouser and should be here on Monday.

<OmniTechnoMancer> Clearly we must invent an ESD LED
<tnt>
with enough static, they all emit light.

<edbordin> mutters something about LSD diodes

<edbordin> (there's probably a joke in there somewhere, I'll show myself out)
<electronic_eel>
since we do not yet have enough features in Glasgow, we should add a electrostatics meter. then we could blink a led if there is danger of ESD
<sorear>
the high forward voltage of visible LEDs poses a small problem here, especially if they are connected in parallel to something with silicon body diodes
