How can I squeeze the most out of pubsub? The problem I keep having is that discovering the publisher takes a long time even with --discover. Context: I have a project where I'd like to notify nodes subscribed to a topic (servers "on the internet" most of the time) to pin a certain IPFS link. Maybe there's a better solution than pubsub? I'd prefer the sender not to have to list subscribers explicitly.

you'll want to set up DDNS, which requires either supprt in your router's firmware (ideally), or a client program on your pc

if you want people to pin your hashes, you'll have to ask them as a person
