Is there a way to mount NFS shares with a different UID/GID?

Freenas documentation says it is best practice to set "mapall root" to "nobody"

So I'm having an issue with Libreelec since everything seems to be done as root

can't even seem to be able to add the correct group, groupadd isn't a recognized command and /etc/group is readonly

i guess it wasn't the maproot user that was the problem, i have a specific group that has read access to my nfs share and i can't figure out how to create that group in libreelec

so i guess the only solution is to just grant "o+r" access to all of my media...
