i have installed libreelec on my ras pi. have added my jellyfin server into kodi with no problem. after this none of the art or other meta data was imported. just had empty images and my media couldn't play except by transcode

i discovered this was due to ssl error as my certificate is self signed...

i added the certificate to /etc/ssl/cacert.pem, however after some time (i assume after a reboot, but not sure exactly when) it has reverted and my certificate is no longer in cacert.pem

is there any way i can make this addition permanent

jm18: anything outside of /storage will not be permanent. There are some guides or forum posts how to add ssl certs in libreelec

fairly recent posts, however, say ssl doesn't read /storage yet. The answer is to put commands in autostart.sh to copy cert to /etc.

I run an old version of libreelec, so someone with more recent knowledge may pipe in.
