<ndufresne> chewitt, wow, and it boots
<ndufresne> well, until it freeze, but a clear progress
<ndufresne> narmstrong, shouldn't nexbox A1 dtb be based on q20x dtsi ?

<ndufresne> chewitt, hmm, sad, got the same issue as before, it freeze as soon as it call /init
<ndufresne> chewitt, oh well, so the state is that I see "LibreELEC (community): devel-20190318151226-583b989" the spash goes away (with a glitch) and then it's black and frozen
<ndufresne> so I guess it executed correctly inside the inirtd, might crash when accessing the SD card then
<ndufresne> I guess I should probably flash back android and use this install2emmc.sh scrip
<chewitt> ndufresne: what's the actual box you have?
<chewitt> btw, the install2emmc.sh won't work, it was written for 3.14 kernel and assumes /dev/partition names that don't exist in mainline

<narmstrong> chewitt: it happened because scpi takes too much time, the solution is to switch to performance governor and ditch ondemand or schedutil governor...
<chewitt> performance is bad for our use-case
<chewitt> too much heat and power draw
<chewitt> and ondemand seems to work everywhere else
<chewitt> @narmstrong if something is timing out .. do you have any idea what params could be tweaked?

<ldevulder_> hi! did someone see this ETH issue on vim2 (kernel 4.20.13)?
<ldevulder_> meson8b-dwmac c9410000.ethernet eth0: Could not attach to PHY
<ldevulder_> meson8b-dwmac c9410000.ethernet eth0: stmmac_open: Cannot attach to PHY (error: -19)
<ldevulder_> sometimes it works, sometimes not :)
