@MoeIcenowy, in Armbian, we are still using your branch sunxi64-4.11.y, we are seeing "sun4i-usb-phy 1c19400.phy: failed to get clock usb0_phy", I'm trying to fix that, but Iǘe firgured out how ... any clues ?

arbitrary unique indices, likely numbered by their order of appearance in the datasheet

Oh ! I'm stupid :-( : it wasn't enabled in defconfig ... now rebuilding kernel ...
<inf>
Hey all! I'm struggling with building kernel for Allwinner H3 board (Nanopi Neo) with working ethernet. So far, i've tried https://github.com/megous/linux orange-pi-4.11/4.12 branch with patched DTS (https://gist.github.com/76beed4200ecbfaab8bdc0c6ec828f9e) and the furthest i got with that, was getting eth0 to show up, but no link could be established... sun8i-emac is set to be build into kernel in
<inf>
menuconfig. I'm using buildroot above that, but that shouldn't really matter much, does it, or is there any u-boot/u-boot dts patches required as well? Any suggestions?
<inf>
crap, i've never been able to fit my problem into a single message...

Hm. LEDs on Nanopi Neo ethernet jack seem to be reversed (lit up when disconnected) - changing allwinner,leds-active-low; to ...-high; in &emac DTS block doesn't seem to make a difference.

But looking at my day today, it might be PEBKAC here as well.
