<Regenaxer> Hi Nistur, miskatonic
<mtsd> Hello all :)
<Regenaxer> Hi mtsd
<mtsd> Everyone doing ok?
<Regenaxer> yep
<Regenaxer> The impacts are getting near though. Yesterday a guy in India we are cooperating with fell ill with Covid19 symptoms
<Nistur> :(
<mtsd> Two of my colleagues are showing symptoms too
<Regenaxer> oh
<miskatonic> symptoms can have different reasons
<Regenaxer> T
<mtsd> No one in hospital though. It could just be common cold
<Nistur> I think the sister of a colleague has tested positive
<Nistur> no-one I know directly (yet) though#
<mtsd> We'll see. They have been told to rest and watch their health over the next days
<Regenaxer> Let's wait till after easter
<mtsd> Yes, that is best. Nothing else to do really
<mtsd> Regenaxer, I made som small updates to the form docs. Sending you the altered files soon
<mtsd> Discovered even more useful functionality today, so I thought it best to add that to the docs.
<Regenaxer> Great, thanks!
<Regenaxer> Did you modify the ones in the current release?
<mtsd> Let me check.. perhaps I am a step behind.. sorry
<mtsd> I am on 20.3.16
<mtsd> That was the one where some broken links in the form docs were fixed, right?
<mtsd> Checking the changelog. 20.3.16 fixed some broken links in doc/form/refA.html and doc/form/refD.html
<mtsd> I added to doc/form/refC.html and doc/form/refR.html now, should be ok?
<Regenaxer> yes, the last change was 16mar20
<Regenaxer> perfecw
<mtsd> I'll update my machine to go in step with rolling release
<Regenaxer> ok :)
<Regenaxer> Now I received your mail. Thanks! Will be in the next release
<mtsd> Thank you!
<Regenaxer> :)
<mtsd> I will try to add and expand the docs, along with the use cases I encounter :)
<Regenaxer> Great! Good plan :)
<mtsd> A friend of mine wanted to learn about the distributed database, but I have to understand and use that part myself before writing about it
<mtsd> Perhaps time for some experiments..
<Regenaxer> ok
<mtsd> Time for some lunch. See you all later :)
<Regenaxer> See you :)

<Nistur> long weekend!
<Nistur> \o/
<Regenaxer> :)
<Nistur> Regenaxer: I just thought I'd try the OpenSSL/RSA thing usin (gcc ... rather than (native ... and doing the majority of the nasty wrapping in C... but... it doesn't seem that I can have a string as a return type? It gets cleaned up immediately and I just get garbage
<Nistur> ... whenever I try to write any picolisp it goes really well until I need to interface with C libs :P then I tie myself in knots :P Part of me thinks I should just give up on the idea of linking to C libs and just write the functionality I want in pil... buuuuuuuuuut for crypto, that's generally a bad idea. I kind of want to use a battle tested lib :P
<Nistur> anyway
<Nistur> enough banging my head on this for now
<Nistur> g'night
