Normally, I need to share any grain with about 30 people. I can send them invite (all are part members of an organisation), but that is one by one, I need to search, select, searc select. Is there any better way, which, as it appears, I am missing. Can I have a group or list, and just by clicking there invitation goes to all 20 people.

I thought I could do that by sharing collections but apparently you need to share each grain too

Can't we put grains in a folder? Like we have shared folder Davros, and we upload files. Rather than uploading file, can't we give links of grains, so that we can edit/view grains in SandStorm by clicking grain in folder.

dotorgdotcom: Currently, easiest way would probably be to create a shareable link, and email that link to your list of people via a normal email client.

coffeebird[m]: hsrai Actually Collections will let you do that.
<ocdtrekkie>
If you add grains to a collection, everyone you share that collection with can go in and access the grains in that collection.
<ocdtrekkie>
But it won't add them to someone's grain list until they go into the Collection and open them.
<ocdtrekkie>
Nor will it notify them the grain is there.
<ocdtrekkie>
(Which is why I think it's better to just email your list of people a shareable link in that case.)

<coffeebird[m]>
but if it's a shareable link, then don't they have to always use that link? If they aren't added to the share list, it won't show up when they login
<ocdtrekkie>
Clicking the link adds them to sharing list.
