<kentonv> ocdtrekkie, by "fix CI" meant fix the build, not fix the tests... I had broken the build.
<ocdtrekkie> kentonv: Realized that after I said that.

<abliss1> I doubt it's even possible to perfectly replicate it from userspace. but if you can figure out what the program is trying to do with it, you can probably fake it well enough. e.g. perhaps it's grepping for a certain string to find out whether a particular dynamic library is loaded.

<isd> Or we're unlucky and it's making use of specific details of where stuff is loaded, which is likely to be different per run.
<isd> Hard to know.
<abliss1> we probably have enough people hanging out here that we could share the operator load and keep things orderly.

<isd> Yeah, I picked up on the irony too.
<CaptainCalliope> Anybody here know anything about TinCan API/xAPI?
<CaptainCalliope> It's an education data spec that shares a lot of commonality with activitystreams.
<CaptainCalliope> It was either a fork or an extension to the activitystreams spec. Can't remember.
<isd> never heard of it.
<CaptainCalliope> Ah, doing what i was looking for. https://xapi.com/blog/tin-can-vs-activity-streams/
<CaptainCalliope> *found
<CaptainCalliope> I just remembered this existed and it's making me wonder about activitypub in education contexts.
